I’m Arthur "Ed" Ames, a personal development coach and senior HR specialist with over 31 years of experience helping people navigate change, find clarity, and reach their goals.

My journey began in service — first in a religious community, then in HR, and now as a certified coach. Coaching changed my life, and I’m here to help you change yours.

🌍 My Journey

I’ve lived abroad, raised a family, and navigated major career transitions — including a move from religious life to federal HR and now coaching. My time living in Germany as a child taught me about cultural nuance, resilience, and the importance of listening deeply.

I’ve been with my spouse for over 30 years, and together we are raising two incredible children. Family is central to my life — a source of inspiration, grounding, and growth. These experiences shape how I show up as a coach: with empathy, curiosity, and a deep respect for your story and journey ahead..
