I coach the whole person — your values, beliefs, and life experiences are honored and integrated into every session. Whether you're facing a career shift, leadership challenge, personal crossroads, or spiritual question, I’ll meet you where you are.

🛠️ How Coaching Works with me

• Discovery Call — Free 30-minute session to explore your goals and see if we’re a fit

• Coaching Sessions — Typically 60 minutes, held virtually, by phone, or in person (DC metro area)

• Frequency — Weekly, biweekly, or as needed — flexible to your pace

• Approach — Warm, intuitive, and practical. I ask powerful questions, listen deeply, and help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

💲 Pricing

The following are my coaching costs. Payment is due in advance for prepaid services or after each session. If you're not satisfied with the service provided, you will not be expected to pay.

Standard Coaching Rates

• 1-hour session (in person, texting, virtual, or phone): $220

• 30-minute in-person session: $150

• 30-minute virtual, or phone session: $120
  (30-minute sessions must be agreed upon in advance of the scheduled meeting)

• Same-day virtual, or phone request (up to 15 minutes): $95
  (minimum 30-minute charge applies)

• Same-day in-person request: $120 per 15 minutes
  (minimum 30-minute charge applies)

Coaching Packages

• 6 prepaid 1-hour sessions (valid for 6 months): $150 discount

• 12 prepaid 1-hour sessions (valid for 12 months): $400 discount

• First-time clients may schedule a complimentary 30-minute video or phone session before purchasing a package

🎯 Special Discounts

• New: Deep discounts available for recently separated former federal employees on a sliding scale basis — for coaching and/or navigating the federal hiring process.  Please email Ed.Ames.Coaching@gmail.com to discuss options.

• Discounts are also available for:

  • Military servicemembers and their spouses

  • Military veterans

  • Individuals over 55

• Third-party payments are accepted (e.g., gifts, employers, nonprofits)

📝 Important Notes

1. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice — or missed entirely — may be charged the full session fee

2. Coaching fees are due at the beginning of each session

3. “No show” or late cancellation fees must be paid before the next session

4. Full or partial refunds for prepaid services may be granted at my discretion

   • Requests must be made in writing and include any relevant context

   • I reserve the right to grant or deny refunds without explanation
